After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct, as it cannot be changed or edited after the order has been placed. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days following payment confirmation.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your ship date and tracking information. Please note that delivery times are estimates, and CHEY & MUSE is not responsible for any customs delays or other unforeseen shipping delays.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if the incorrect size is selected or in cases of change of mind. We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully and select your size according to our size guide before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at cheymusenails@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Unfortunately, any complaints made after 14 days will not be eligible for a replacement.
To qualify for a replacement:
- The item(s) must be in the same condition as when received.
- The item(s) must be unused, with the complete tool kit, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt and send a photo of the damaged or incorrect item to cheymusenails@gmail.com
Please ensure all replacement requests are made within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
